(pictures above are from my hiking and climbing adventures in the Adirondacks in New York and in Arizona during some significant life events in my life.) The pictures throughout my website are taken by me.

Life is about the journey (the steps), not the destination.

And it is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO STOP AND ENJOY THE VIEWS  as often as possible along your way!

A little more personal about me...

self-care/ME time kayaking in the Long Island Sound
When I am not working, I am chasing after my 4-year-old and embracing every ounce of motherhood. I am also a wife, sister, aunt, cousin and a friend. I love being outside, especially in the summer. I love exploring and adventuring. My body and mind are in absolute peace when in nature; whether that is hiking on Long Island or in the Adirondacks, or exploring the vortexes in Sedona, Arizona or kayaking in the Long Island Sound. I also enjoy sitting outside in the sun or listening to birds. My favorite tree is a palm tree. I am barefoot 99% of the time, even to get the mail outside in 16* weather. I am a lifelong learner. I love reading books and attending trainings to learn new skills for both professional and personal growth! I enjoy training in mixed marital arts, going to Pilates reformer classes and painting kindness rocks then dropping them off on hiking trails for random people to find. And my newest hobby is learning everything about woodworking. My favorite colors are pink, various shades of green, and black.
Fun Fact:
I wrote a children's book (drafting and designing for 2.5 years) related to my infertility journey  (and that is all I will say until it is published). As of September 2025 I finally found an illustrator and hopefully I will be sending my book with pictures to my book designer by the end of this year!!

To the right is my first craft from woodworking I made for some friends in Florida.

I am a wounded healer.

The universe has taken me on some wild rides, each one shaping a path of redirection that has led me here. Both my professional and personal experiences have opened the door to the chapters of being a therapist. The countless detours, challenges, and steps along the way have become invaluable lessons that allow me to provide authentic, compassionate care to every client.
